LEAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

This isn't a crew job. It's a leadership role at a new location, for someone who's experienced in troubleshooting water well systems and in leading a team.
Associated Well Services is opening in Decatur, and we're looking for people who apply our standards there - how jobs get done, how customers are treated, how the team develops. You'll have real autonomy and real accountability. The Stephenville operation has been doing this since 1976, and Decatur will run at the same level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead service calls on residential, commercial, and municipal customers across the Decatur territory

Diagnose system issues and direct repairs on water well and pump systems

Manage job completion and lead your team

Train and develop crew members to Associated's standards

Represent the company directly with every customer - your word is the company's word
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years in water well service, pump installation, or closely related trade work

Proven experience leading a crew or managing field operations

Texas water well pump installer license (required or obtainable within 24 months)

Mechanically capable, customer-facing confident, and accountable without being supervised
