Gary founded Associated Well Services, Inc. in 1976. That same year, he graduated from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Gary has been married to wife Paula for 41 years. In 2016, Gary passed on the company business to his eldest son Colton Aardal. Today, Gary serves as the General Manager of Associated Well Services, Inc.

Colton has worked for Associated Well Services, Inc. alongside father and founder Gary Aardal since 1992. Colton graduated from Tarleton State University in 2000 with a Bachelor's of Science in Hydrology and a minor in Engineering. Colton took over the family business alongside wife Tina Aardal in January of 2016.

She also manages the internal office staff and their respective operations. She is married to owner and president Colton, and has four children.

Russell has served Associated Well Services, Inc. for 20 years. He is the company's Lead Driller and oversees all of the drilling operations conducted by the company. With his 20 years of experience, Russell's knowledge is one of the many reasons our drilling department is one of the best in North Texas.

Billy has been an active member in the water well business since 1986. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2003. Billy has brought knowledge and experience to Associated Well Services, Inc. for 20 years. Billy resides with his family in Stephenville and recently welcomed his first grandchild in September 2016.

Also known as "J'Mo" to the staff, Justin has been with Associated Well Services, Inc. since 2007. He oversees one of the Associated water well drilling crews. Justin resides in Morgan Mill, TX. with his wife of 17 years and their two sons.

Shane joined the Associated team in 2013. While he serves the service department, he also has knowledge of the drilling side of the company, making him a very valuable member of the team. Originally from the south Texas area, Shane now resides in Stephenville, TX. with his wife and daughters.
Preston has been an active member of the industry since the early 80's. His knowledge and experience make up a large part of why our service team remain knowledgeable, efficient, and one of the best. Preston and his wife have been married 35 years and reside here in Stephenville, Tx.
