SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Associated Well Services is opening its second location in Decatur, and we're looking for qualified team members.
​
You'll work alongside the Service Team Leader on water well service and repair calls - troubleshooting pump systems and well infrastructure for residential and commercial customers. The Stephenville operation has been doing this since 1976, and the Decatur team will run at the same standard.
​
The work is technical. The standards are high. If you put in the effort, there's a real path to advance - and being part of a new location from the start puts you closer to the front of that line.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist with troubleshooting and repairing water well systems under supervision

Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service truck for daily readiness

Engage with customers professionally during every service call

Communicate progress, issues, and obstacles clearly to your team leader

Develop troubleshooting and repair skills through hands-on training

Must be 21+ (company vehicle insurance requirement)
To prepare you to join the Decatur branch, this role includes a minimum four-week onboarding period in Stephenville. During that time, you will learn directly from our team, gain a working understanding of our operations, and be fully immersed in the culture and standards that have made Associated Well Services successful for nearly five decades.
Lodging during this training period will be covered by the company.
