Water well drilling is a real trade. It takes years to learn, demands precision, and produces something that lasts. People's water supply depends on it. If you're looking for a job you can actually be proud of and a clear path to a skilled career, this is where it starts.
You'll work directly alongside an experienced driller on residential and commercial jobs across Central Texas and surrounding areas.
We'll teach you the trade. You bring the work ethic.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support drilling operations - setup, drilling, site breakdown, cleanup

Maintain equipment and vehicles to Associated's field standards

Keep jobs moving safely and on schedule

Learn the technical side of the trade from certified, experienced drillers
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Physically capable and reliable - this is outdoor, hands-on work in all weather conditions

Mechanically inclined - you don't need to know drilling, but you need to figure things out

Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus, not required to start, but must be eligible to obtain

No water well experience necessary; we'll train the right person
What we won't do is hire someone who isn't serious about the work. Our crews operate at a high standard because our customers expect it.
