Associated Well Services is hiring a Service Technician Team Member in Stephenville. Full-time, on-site, field work.
You'll work alongside experienced technicians on water well service and repair calls troubleshooting pump systems, pressure tanks, and well infrastructure for residential and commercial customers.
The work is technical. The standards are high. If you put in the effort, there's a real path to advance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist with troubleshooting and repairing water well systems under supervision

Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service truck for daily readiness

Engage with customers professionally during every service call

Communicate progress, issues, and obstacles clearly to your team leader

Develop troubleshooting and repair skills through hands-on training

Must be 21+ (company vehicle insurance requirement)
Previous experience in service, construction, mechanical, or repair work is a plus. Water well experience not required - right attitude and work ethic are required.
