LEAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Associated Well Services is looking for an experienced Service Team Lead in Stephenville - a senior field role for a technician who's ready to own a job site and develop the people around them.
You'll run service calls, diagnose system problems, and lead crew members on residential, commercial, and municipal accounts. This role operates with and leads service technicians and reports directly to leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead service calls across residential, commercial, and municipal accounts

Diagnose pump system, pressure tank, and water well failures - develop the solution, then execute it

Direct and develop technicians under your supervision

Maintain accurate field documentation and job records

Interface directly with customers on every call - you represent Associated's standard in the field
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3–5+ years in water well service, pump installation, or related systems work

Experience leading a crew or taking ownership on a job site without being told to

Texas water well pump installer license (required or obtainable within 12 months)

Someone who reads a job, figures out what it needs, and handles it
